Sony Bravia Theatre Trio Brings Cinematic Surround Sound Home
Sony’s BRAVIA Theatre Trio is a home sound system designed to make films and music feel more like they do in a cinema.
It has three main speaker units, with one in the middle and two on the sides.
People can add rear speakers and a large subwoofer for more surround sound and deeper bass.
The speakers can make sounds seem to come from different directions, including above you.
The system is set up using Sony’s Bravia Connect app and a microphone that measures the room.
The review found that voices were easy to hear and action scenes sounded powerful.
Music also sounded detailed across classical, rock, and film songs.
The entire package is expensive, so it may suit people who want a premium system and already use Sony Bravia products.
Buyers are advised to hear a demonstration before spending the money.
The Sony BRAVIA Theatre Trio combines a centre unit with matching left and right speakers.
Optional BRAVIA Sub 9 and Rear 9 speakers expand the system into a fuller surround setup.
The system supports Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, 8K pass-through, 4K at 120Hz, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
A review found dialogue clear, surround separation convincing, and the Sub 9’s bass particularly powerful.
The complete setup can cost up to Rs 3.8 lakh, making a demonstration advisable before purchase.
