Meghalaya Chief Minister Urges Youth to Embrace Responsibility
Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma spoke to students in Shillong.
He told young people that taking responsibility is very important.
He said people who solve problems and get things done can make a big difference.
Education and technical skills still matter, but technology can change which skills are needed.
