Cyberabad Commissioner Hears Civic Issues at Suraram One Ward Programme
Some city leaders came to a neighbourhood called Suraram to listen to the people who live there.
The meeting was part of a city programme called 'One Ward Every Day'.
The leader of the group was a city official named G Srijana, the Cyberabad Municipal Commissioner.
People who live in the area told the leaders about problems they face every day.
Some roads are broken, storm water drains get blocked and drinking water is not always available.
People also asked for better streetlights, speed breakers and cleaner streets.
They want parks to be developed and open spaces protected from encroachment.
The leader told the city workers to inspect these problems quickly and with priority.
The workers will prepare plans and fix the issues step by step, in a phased way.
