Ayodhya-style Ram Temple Planned Near Babri Mosque Replica
A new temple is being built in Shantipur, West Bengal, about 90 km from a place where a replica of the Babri Mosque is being constructed.
This temple will look like the one in Ayodhya but will have a statue of Lord Ram as described in a old Bengali book called Krittivasi Ramayan.
The people who are building this temple started planning it in 2017, and they will put the first stone in February.
This is happening just before some big elections in the area.
