SP Launches Pasmanda Outreach in Uttar Pradesh Ahead of 2027 Elections
The Samajwadi Party (SP) is starting a year-long plan to connect with Pasmanda Muslims in Uttar Pradesh, who are considered backward.
They plan to meet with people in every part of the state and have a big meeting before the 2027 elections.
SP wants to convince them not to support the BJP, who they accuse of only caring about votes.
The BJP has also been trying to get Pasmanda Muslims to vote for them since 2022.
SP says it's part of their plan to help backward communities and will give them 'political honor'.
