GCC Leaders Discuss AI's Impact on Future Workforce
Two big meetings happened in India about how computers that think (AI) are changing jobs in special offices called GCCs.
The first meeting was in Delhi and talked about how AI is changing jobs and what people need to learn.
The second meeting was in Pune and had lots of important people talking about how GCCs are becoming more important and how AI is helping.
They also gave awards to people who are doing great things in these offices.
Both meetings agreed that people need to learn how to work with AI to be ready for the future.
GCC School and KC GlobEd hosted a round table meeting on AI's impact on GCCs, focusing on workforce transformation and AI literacy.
The Leadership Federation concluded the 5th GCC Leadership Conclave in Pune, discussing AI acceleration, future-of-work leadership, and digital transformation.
Key speakers emphasized the importance of AI literacy, competency-based frameworks, and stronger collaboration between industry and academia.
