GCC Leaders Discuss AI's Impact on Future Workforce
Two big meetings happened in India about how computers that think (AI) are changing jobs in special offices called GCCs.
The first meeting was in Delhi and talked about how AI is changing jobs and what people need to learn.
The second meeting was in Pune and had lots of important people talking about how GCCs are becoming more important and how AI is helping.
They also gave awards to people who are doing great things in these offices.

Both events highlighted the need for outcome-oriented training, continuous upskilling, and ethical AI implementation in GCCs.
