Krishival Foods Share Price Rises Ahead of Rights Issue

Krishival Foods Share Price Rises Ahead of Rights Issue

Krishival Foods is a small company that makes food.

Its stock price went up by 2.5% on December 16, 2025, even though the rest of the market was not doing well.

This happened because the company is getting ready to give its current shareholders a chance to buy more shares at a discount.

This is called a rights issue, and it's worth ₹100 crore.

The company will give 45 new shares for every 301 shares someone already owns.

The new shares will cost ₹300 each.

The stock has been doing really well this year, going up by 95% so far.

It has also gone up by 84% in the last year and a huge 387% in the last five years.

This makes it a 'multibagger' stock, which means it has made a lot of money for investors.
