NBCC Launches Rs 500 Crore HUDCO Projects Across Delhi-NCR
NBCC and HUDCO are starting two building projects in the Delhi-NCR area.
NBCC will carry out the work for HUDCO.
One project is a large office complex in Noida.
The other is a commercial building in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.
Together, the projects are expected to cost about ₹519.84 crore.
The Noida project will be much larger than the Ghaziabad project.
Both buildings are planned with features aimed at saving energy and protecting the environment.
Officials from both organizations attended ceremonies marking the start of the projects.
NBCC will develop two HUDCO projects with a combined estimated cost of ₹519.84 crore.
The larger project is an integrated office complex in Sector 62, Noida, costing ₹485.20 crore.
The Noida complex will have 82,617 square meters of built-up area and a 2B+G+7 configuration.
A commercial development in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, will cost ₹34.64 crore and cover about 6,400 square meters.
Both projects are designed to meet GRIHA sustainability ratings and follow earlier NBCC-HUDCO agreements.
