Technocraft Ventures IPO Opens Today with Rs 252 Crore Issue

A company called Technocraft Ventures builds big public projects like roads and other infrastructure for state governments.

It wants to raise money to grow its business.

So it decided to sell pieces of itself, called shares, to the public for the first time.

This is called an IPO, which stands for initial public offering.

The company wants to collect about 252 crore rupees.

Each share costs between 200 and 212 rupees, and the smallest amount a regular buyer can purchase is 70 shares.

People are already excited, and the shares are being talked about at a higher price in the grey market, though that is not an official sign of what will happen.

If all goes as planned, the shares will be finalised on August 12 and start trading on August 14.
