Flydubai Issues New Power Bank Guidelines Following Emirates' Ban
Flydubai, like Emirates, now has rules about power banks.
You can bring one in your carry-on bag, but it can't be bigger than 100Wh.
You can't use it to charge anything during the flight.
Also, you have to keep it in your hand luggage, under the seat and not in overhead bins.
Make sure the power bank is turned off.
This is because power banks can cause problems if they overheat, to keep passengers safe.
Flydubai has introduced new guidelines for passengers carrying power banks on flights.
Passengers can carry power banks up to 100 watt-hours (Wh) on Flydubai flights.
Power banks cannot be used during the flight to charge devices.
Power banks must be stored in hand luggage, under the seat.
The airline also recommends power banks be switched off during the flight.
