Mahindra to Offer ESOPs to 23,000 Employees
Imagine a company, Mahindra, did really well, making a lot of money.
They want to say thank you to their workers, including those on the factory floor, for helping them succeed.
So, they are giving them a special reward called ESOPs, which are like shares in the company.
About 23,000 workers will get these shares.
