PhonePe Receives SEBI Approval for IPO

PhonePe, a big company in India that helps people pay for things using their phones, has got permission from a special government group called SEBI to sell some of its shares to the public.

This is called an IPO.

PhonePe is really popular and does a lot of transactions, like helping people pay for things online.

The company is doing well and made a lot of money last year.

When PhonePe sells its shares, it will help other similar companies in India to do the same in the future.

PhonePe's IPO is expected to be big because many investors are interested in buying shares of successful Indian companies right now.

The company has over 600 million users and serves nearly 50 million merchants.

PhonePe's losses have been decreasing, which is a good sign for investors.
