Technical snag delays Howrah-Rourkela Vande Bharat, disrupts other services

The Howrah-Rourkela Vande Bharat train developed a problem with its wheels.

The problem happened at Bisra station in Odisha.

The train had to remain at the station for about one hour and 40 minutes.

Railway officials arranged another train, called a rake, for the passengers.

Passengers could also choose a special train or a passenger train.

Those alternatives would have taken longer.

The delay affected other Vande Bharat trains too.

The Brahmapur-Tatanagar train was delayed by one hour, while the Rourkela-Howrah train was delayed by two hours.
