Andhra Pradesh to Grant Ownership Papers to 28,445 Vizag Families
Many families in Visakhapatnam have lived in their homes for years but did not legally own the land beneath them.
The government plans to give these families official ownership papers called pattas.
About 28,445 families will receive them.
The land covered is spread across 399 acres.
The properties are estimated to be worth about Rs 8,874 crore.
