DDA Launches Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana Phase 2 with 1,537 Affordable Flats

The Delhi Development Authority is offering more affordable homes through a program called Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana.

This is the second part, or Phase II, of the plan.

They are making 1,537 new apartments available for people who have lower incomes.

Some of these homes are for the 'Economically Weaker Sections' (EWS) and others are for the 'Low-Income Group' (LIG).

Booking starts on November 7th, and you have to use a special website to apply.

There's a small fee to sign up on the website if you haven't before.

You also need to pay a deposit to book a flat, with different amounts for EWS and LIG homes.

Some of the homes even have a discount on their price.

This is happening because many people liked the first part of the plan so much that all the homes were booked quickly.
