Police and Prison Staff Receive Hands-On CPR Training

KIMS Hospitals taught police and prison staff how to help someone whose heart suddenly stops.

The training took place in Rajamahendravaram during World Heart Day Awareness Week.

Participants practised chest compressions and learned how to recognise a cardiac emergency.

They were taught to help until medical professionals arrive.

The police superintendent said the skills could be useful during the Godavari Pushkaralu.

A doctor also suggested teaching CPR in schools.

Learning these steps can help people act quickly in an emergency.
