ASR Farmers Invited for Subsidised Spice Machinery

Farmers in the ASR district of Visakhapatnam can apply for subsidised machinery to help with growing and processing spices like black pepper, turmeric, and ginger.

Tribal farmers get a 75% subsidy, and groups of farmers called FPOs get a 90% subsidy.

They need to pay the full amount first and then get the subsidy back.

The machines work with electricity, diesel, or petrol, so they can be used in different places.

Farmers need to send their applications by August 31 with some documents like their Aadhaar card and land papers.
