Actor Govinda Hospitalized for Headache and Dizziness
Actor Govinda, who is 61, had to go to the hospital because he wasn't feeling well.
Reports said he fainted at home and had a bad headache and felt dizzy.
After he was released from the hospital, he told everyone that he was just very tired from exercising too much.
He said that while he's trying to get into better shape, some of the exercises were too tough for him.
He prefers gentler exercises like yoga and breathing techniques.
This wasn't his first time in the hospital this year; he had an injury from a gun last October.
After leaving the hospital, he also sent his well wishes to his friend Dharmendra, who was also in the hospital.
Actor Govinda, 61, has been discharged from CritiCare Asia Multispeciality Hospital in Juhu, Mumbai.
He was admitted Tuesday night after reportedly experiencing intense headache, dizziness, and heaviness in his head.
Govinda stated his hospitalization was due to 'fatigue' from doing 'excessive hard work' and intensive exercises.
He mentioned that he feels yoga and pranayama are better suited for him than heavy exercises.
This is Govinda's second hospitalization within a year, following a leg injury from his revolver in October.
