Multiple Scams and Police Actions in Hyderabad and Vijayapura

In Hyderabad and Vijayapura, several people were scammed through fake ads, trading platforms, and matrimony sites.

A homemaker lost money to a fake babysitter ad, a businessman was duped by fake fast-food franchise representatives, and others were cheated through fake trading apps and matrimony platforms.

The police have recovered some of the money and are investigating these cases.

Additionally, a sub-inspector was accused of abusing locals who demanded a breathalyzer test for a driver involved in an accident.

The police are also looking into this misconduct.
