Nissan to Launch Three New Vehicles in India by 2027
Nissan is staying in India and will release three new types of cars by 2027: a small MPV (like a minivan), a mid-size SUV, and a larger 7-seater SUV.
The first car, the MPV, will come out in early 2026, followed by the mid-size SUV in mid-2026, and the 7-seater SUV in early 2027.
These cars will share parts with other Renault-Nissan models and will be made in Chennai.
Nissan is investing a lot of money to build these cars and will also expand its dealerships.
They want to sell a lot more cars in India and also export them.
Nissan plans to introduce three new vehicles in the Indian market by 2027.
The new models include a subcompact MPV, a midsize SUV, and a 7-seater SUV.
The subcompact MPV is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2026.
The midsize SUV is planned for mid-2026, and the 7-seater SUV is due in early 2027.
Nissan aims to boost domestic sales to 100,000 units annually and 100,000 for exports by FY27.
