Ryan ten Doeschate Joins KKR as Head of Cricket Strategy

Ryan ten Doeschate, a former cricket player and coach, has joined the Knight Riders group as their Head of Cricket Strategy.

He will work with different Knight Riders teams in various cricket leagues around the world.

Before this, he was an assistant coach for the Indian men's cricket team, where he helped them win some big tournaments.

However, the team also faced some challenges during his time.

Ryan decided to leave the Indian team because he wanted to spend more time with his family.

Now, he will help the Knight Riders teams with finding new players, planning their squads, and making sure they all follow the same cricketing philosophy.
