Dubai to Launch Air Taxi Service in 2026 with Vertiport
Imagine flying taxis like helicopters, but electric and quieter, are coming to Dubai!
The first place to take off and land these taxis, called a vertiport, is being built at the Dubai airport and will be ready in early 2026.
The company making the taxis, Joby Aviation, tested them in Dubai during the summer.
They're working with Dubai's government to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Abu Dhabi is also planning to have these flying taxis soon, hoping to make getting around easier.
