India Attends SCO Border Talks in Islamabad

India and other countries that are part of the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organisation) had a meeting in Islamabad, Pakistan.

They talked about how to keep their borders safe and work together.

They approved what they did last year and made plans for this year.

Pakistan will be in charge of the SCO from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2027.

India has been part of the SCO since 2017 and continues to attend its meetings, even though India and Pakistan don't have good relations.

The next big meeting of the SCO will be in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, next month.

The SCO was created in 2001 to help countries work together on security.
