Food Distribution for Pregnant Women at PHC
Today, a group called Ruler Development Friends Trust held a special event at a health center to give food to pregnant women who came for check-ups.
The head of the local area, Sri Venkata Sharma, was there and said that giving food is one of the best ways to help people.
He also praised the founder of the trust, Mansoor, for organizing the event.
Mansoor gave a picture of Buddha to Venkata Sharma as a thank-you gift.
A total of 210 people, including pregnant women, health workers, and people with disabilities, received food.
Doctors and other helpers were also present at the event.
A food distribution programme was organized by Ruler Development Friends Trust for pregnant women at Talupala Mandal Primary Health Center.
Kadiri RDO Sri Venkata Sharma was the chief guest and emphasized the importance of nutritious food for pregnant women.
Friends Trust Founder Mansoor was honored by the RDO and presented him with a portrait of Buddha.
A total of 210 people, including pregnant women, ASHA workers, medical staff, and the disabled, received food.
Dr. Ashrita, Altaf, and others participated in the programme.
