Fires Break Out at Hospitals in Kerala and Visakhapatnam
Two fires happened at hospitals in different places on a Saturday.
One was at a private hospital in Kerala, and the other was at a government hospital in Visakhapatnam.
Both fires started because of problems with air-conditioning systems.
No one got hurt in either fire.
In Kerala, the fire started on the ninth floor where air-conditioning panels were being fixed.
Firefighters and hospital staff worked together to put out the fire.
They even moved patients from nearby floors just to be safe.
In Visakhapatnam, the fire was in the cardiology department on the first floor.
Patients were quickly moved to another ward, and the fire was controlled fast.
Both places are checking to find out exactly what caused the fires.
Fires broke out at Baby Memorial Hospital in Kozhikode, Kerala, and King George Hospital in Visakhapatnam on Saturday.
No casualties were reported in either incident.
The fire in Kerala started on the ninth floor during maintenance work on air-conditioning panels.
Five fire tenders were deployed, and patients on nearby floors were evacuated as a precaution.
The fire in Visakhapatnam occurred in the cardiology department on the first floor, likely due to a short circuit in an air-conditioner.
