The tower, designed by DP Architects and VK:a Architects, features contemporary workplace design and sustainability elements, including an IGBC Platinum rating.
The facility can accommodate over 11,000 professionals and includes 16 high-speed elevators and N+1 redundant power backup systems.
The project is valued at approximately ₹900 crore and is expected to serve as a reference model for future developer-institution partnerships in India.
