Ramann Takes Charge as PFRDA Chairperson
The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has a new boss named Sivasubramanian Ramann.
He started on Friday.
He was appointed on April 8, 2025 and will be in charge for up to five years, or until he turns 65.
Before this, he worked as the Deputy Comptroller & Auditor General of India.
He has also held many high-level jobs, including at a bank for small businesses and at the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
His role now is to oversee the management of the pension funds.

He was previously Deputy Comptroller & Auditor General of India.
