Danny Boyle to Receive Gotham Director Tribute Award

Danny Boyle is a famous film director who has made movies for about 40 years.

He will receive a special award from the Gotham Film Awards.

The award celebrates directors who have made important films.

Boyle won a Best Director Oscar for Slumdog Millionaire in 2009.

He has also directed films such as Trainspotting, 28 Days Later and Steve Jobs.

His newest movie is called Ink.

Ink is about the beginning of tabloid journalism in Britain in 1969.

It will be shown in theaters on December 11 before arriving on Netflix on January 8, 2027.
