Tamil Nadu Launches Rs 3,360 Cr Sewerage Projects
The Tamil Nadu government is spending a lot of money, over Rs 3,360 crore, to improve how waste water is handled in 14 cities.
They are building new underground pipes, over 3,000 kilometers worth, and pumping stations to take waste from people's houses and clean it properly.
This should help make the cities cleaner, keep rivers and lakes from getting polluted, and make the environment healthier.
