Vietnam Hits Record 20 Million Tourists

Vietnam has welcomed a record number of 20 million foreign tourists this year.

This is a big increase from the previous record of 18 million in 2019 and a 19.3% rise from last year.

The country is known for its beautiful beaches, natural landscapes, and rich culture, which attract many visitors.

Despite issues like air pollution in Hanoi and flooding in other tourist spots, people are still choosing to visit Vietnam.

The most tourists come from China, followed by South Korea, Taiwan, the United States, and Japan.

In 2021, the number of tourists was very low, less than 160,000, because of COVID-19 travel restrictions.
