Telangana Experiences Sharp Temperature Drop
Telangana got very cold on Saturday night and Sunday morning.
The temperature dropped a lot, and some places like Sirpur (U) were as cold as 9.7°C.
Hyderabad was also chilly, with temperatures around 13-15°C.
There was a little rain in some parts of the city.
Meteorologists say this is because of a big storm called Cyclone Ditwah, which is bringing clouds and making it colder.
The weather is expected to get even colder and rainier, especially in some districts.
People might find it uncomfortable to travel early in the morning because of the cold and fog.
Meanwhile, a popular weather forecaster named Balaji T received an award for his weather services.
Telangana experienced a sharp drop in temperatures since Saturday night, with Sirpur (U) recording the lowest temperature of 9.7°C.
Hyderabad saw temperatures in the 13-15°C range with slight drizzle and overcast skies.
Meteorologists attributed the temperature drop to extensive high cloud cover from Cyclone Ditwah.
IMD forecasted heavy rain and issued a yellow alert for Monday in several districts.
Early morning travel may be uncomfortable due to low temperatures and patchy fog.
