Yemen’s Houthi group said it attacked several important places in Saudi Arabia with drones and missiles.

The group said the targets included an airport, an air base, and oil facilities.

Saudi officials had not immediately commented on those reports.

Before the claimed attacks, the Houthis accused Saudi Arabia of bombing parts of Yemen.

Houthi-linked media said one of those airstrikes hit a detention facility in Jawf.

They reported that 11 people died and 20 inmates were trapped under the wreckage.

The reports also said a child visiting the facility was killed.

Fighting is also happening near Yemen’s Red Sea coast, where more than 300 people have reportedly died and many families have fled.
