IIM-Calcutta's New Director Prioritizes Student Safety and Welfare
IIM Calcutta, a top business school, has a new leader, Alok Kumar Rai.
He's focused on making the school better, starting with keeping students safe.
He's also planning to build more places for students to live.
Some people were unsure about him because he isn't from the usual IIM background.
But Dr. Rai wants the students to be involved in making decisions, and will address their concerns, including safety after a recent incident.
He believes the school will continue to be a great place for students.
