Burglars Steal Vegetable Trader's Lifetime Savings
A couple who sell vegetables for a living had their lifetime savings and gold ornaments stolen from their home.
They had saved the money and gold for many years and kept it in a cupboard.
When they came back from visiting their daughter, they found the door and cupboard broken and their valuables missing.
The police are now investigating and think a group of burglars from another state might be involved.
Unidentified burglars stole 30 tolas of gold ornaments and ₹50,000 in cash from a vegetable trader's home.
The victims, Ramachandra and his wife Ranemma, had saved the valuables over four decades from their small-scale vegetable business.
