Man Arrested in Chilli-Powder Jewellery Snatching Cases
Police in the Shimla area arrested a 26-year-old man.
They suspect him of stealing jewellery from three women.
The incidents were reported on August 31, September 14 and September 26.
Police say the man threw chilli powder into the women’s eyes.
He allegedly took earrings in two cases and a mangalsutra in another.
