Dior Faces Criticism Over Mukaish Embroidery, Lack of Artisan Credit

Dior created a $200,000 coat with beautiful Indian embroidery called Mukaish, which uses metal wires to make pretty patterns.

This technique comes from India, and it takes a lot of skilled workers and time to create this coat.

However, some people are upset because Dior didn't mention or thank the Indian artisans who actually made the embroidery, just like Prada got in trouble before for using Indian designs without giving credit.
