The Copenhagen Test: Release, Cast, Plot

The Copenhagen Test is an upcoming science fiction spy thriller series created by Thomas Brandon.

It will be released on Peacock on December 27, 2024, with all eight episodes dropping at once.

The story follows Alexander Hale, a Chinese-American analyst played by Simu Liu, who is pitted against the secret spy agency he works for, The Orphanage.

The agency hacks Hale's senses and creates a fake world for him, blurring the line between reality and construction.

The series was inspired by a 2017 incident where Donald Trump leaked classified information to Russian ambassadors, making Brandon think about the possibility of a 'deep state'.

Other cast members include Melissa Barrera, Sinclair Daniel, and Brian d'Arcy James.
