DDA Launches FAQs and Feedback Drive for Delhi Master Plan
The Delhi Development Authority has made a question-and-answer guide about Delhi’s Master Plan 2047.
People can find it on the DDA website.
The guide explains rules for buildings, land use, parking and redevelopment.
It also discusses heritage, public spaces, land pooling and development near public transport.
The DDA has created an online place where people can send suggestions.
Users must sign up to see the feedback option.
The DDA also prepared pictures and other simple materials about the plan.
These efforts are part of a three-month programme with 20 meetings for different stakeholder groups.
The Delhi Development Authority published Frequently Asked Questions on MPD-2047 in its website’s “What’s New” section.
The FAQs explain development controls, redevelopment, heritage, public spaces, land pooling and transit-oriented development.
They also address land use, FAR, plot requirements, parking, Transferable Development Rights and approval processes.
The DDA introduced an “MPD-2047 (Feedback)” facility at citzservices.dda.org.in for public suggestions.
The digital outreach includes visual materials and complements a three-month programme with 20 stakeholder meetings.
