Doctors Treat Critically Ill Passenger Midair on Delhi-Aizawl Flight

A passenger with kidney disease became very sick while flying from Delhi to Aizawl.

The person had trouble breathing, and their blood oxygen level became dangerously low.

The flight crew asked if any doctors were on board.

Three doctors came to help and gave oxygen and medicine.

The passenger improved for a while, but later became worse again.

The doctors arranged for an ambulance to meet the plane when it landed in Mizoram.

They helped the passenger at the airport and took them to a hospital in Aizawl.

The passenger later had dialysis and is now reported to be stable.
