NC Leader Accuses Sajad Lone of Inciting Violence in Kashmir

Sakeena Itoo, a member of the National Conference, spoke out against Sajad Lone, the leader of the Peoples Conference, during a rally.

She accused Lone of encouraging young people to take up arms, which she said led to the deaths of many in Kashmir.

Itoo criticized Lone for his silence when he was a minister and accused him of criticizing the current government because it is led by Omar Abdullah.

Lone had recently criticized the government over the handling of a crisis affecting apple growers.

Itoo also recently had an exchange with Aga Ruhullah Mehdi, another NC member, regarding highway closures.
