Inox Green Shares Jump After ₹550 Crore Acquisition Update

Inox Green’s shares rose sharply during the trading day.

The company said it had paid ₹550 crore to acquire a wind-farm service business from Wind World India.

That business looks after wind power equipment and has a stated capacity of 4.5 gigawatts.

The business is to move to Inox Green’s subsidiary, Vibhav Energy.

Inox Green is expected to own 75% of that subsidiary after the transfer and resolution plan are completed.

One analyst said current shareholders could hold their shares.

Another said new investors could consider buying only if the price rises above ₹135.

The analysts also gave stop-loss levels and potential price targets.

The article uses both “Inox Green Energy Services” and “Inox Green Energy Solutions” when referring to the company.
