MCC Updates NEET UG 2026 Portal with New Reforms
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has refreshed the website for the 2026 NEET UG counselling.
They are still waiting to publish the exact dates for the first registration round.
The new system will let students do most of the paperwork online, so they don’t have to visit many offices.
Students can choose to keep their seat or wait for a better one in later rounds.
The MCC also added a way to give up a seat online and will check documents digitally.
They are also making the site safer with better cybersecurity.
The changes also help special groups like NRI, PwBD and CW candidates.
The MCC will announce the full schedule soon, so students should keep checking the website.
MCC refreshed the NEET UG 2026 portal with new technology‑driven reforms.
The counselling schedule and Round 1 registration dates will be released soon.
Reforms include online admission, freeze/floating seat options, one‑time physical reporting, online resignation, and digital document verification.
New notices cover NRI, PwBD, and CW category verification.
Cybersecurity measures have been strengthened to improve transparency and protect candidate data.
