Turkey Calls for Palestinian Administration in Gaza and Action on Ceasefire
Imagine a big meeting happening in Istanbul where countries like Turkey, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia are getting together.
Turkey's top diplomat, Mr. Fidan, wants to talk about the difficult situation in Gaza.
He's going to ask that Palestinians be in charge of keeping Gaza safe and running things there.
He also wants other Muslim countries to work together to make sure there's a lasting peace, not just a temporary stop to the fighting.
Mr. Fidan also plans to say that Israel is making excuses to continue fighting and that not enough help is getting into Gaza.
He believes the world needs to stand up to Israel's actions.
This is happening during a time when Turkey and Israel have had a lot of disagreements.
