Finding an affordable place to rent in Delhi can be tricky.

According to a recent report, rents in Delhi have gone up a lot, about 36.8% from last year!

If you're looking for cheaper options, Dwarka Mor and Laxmi Nagar are good places to start, with rents between Rs 13,700 to Rs 16,100 for two-bedroom apartments.

Chhatarpur is another affordable area.

Places like Saket and Mayur Vihar 1 are more expensive.

The most expensive areas are Vasant Kunj and Lajpat Nagar.

The report also shows that the demand for smaller, cheaper flats is higher than the supply, while there are more larger, expensive flats available than people want.
