IIMs Expand to Metro Cities and Global Markets

IIMs Expand to Metro Cities and Global Markets

The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) are changing their approach to education.

Traditionally, IIMs were located in quiet, secluded places to focus on learning.

However, they are now expanding to big cities and even other countries.

This is because they want to offer more programs, like undergraduate degrees, and be more relevant globally.

For example, IIM Kozhikode has opened a new campus in Kochi, which is close to the city and easy to reach.

IIM Ahmedabad is opening a campus in Dubai to offer an MBA program tailored to the Middle East.

IIM Bangalore is also planning to open a campus in Indonesia.

These changes show that IIMs are adapting to meet the needs of students and businesses around the world.
