Parliamentary Bonhomie Amid Political Tensions
In the middle of a tense political atmosphere in Parliament, two leaders from opposing sides, J P Nadda and Mallikarjun Kharge, showed a friendly moment by going to the canteen together.
Nadda even helped Kharge, who has trouble walking.
Later, during a debate on a bill to prevent paper leaks, a member from the Shiv Sena (Shinde) group made a joke using Gen Z slang, saying the Congress party was missing in action during protests but showed up outside the Prime Minister's house out of fear of missing out.
He also said the Congress was delusional to think their protests made the former education minister resign.
Union Minister J P Nadda and Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge shared a friendly moment in the Parliament canteen.
Nadda assisted Kharge, who faces mobility issues, by holding his hand.
During the debate on the anti-paper leak Bill, Shiv Sena (Shinde) MP Shrikant Eknath Shinde used Gen Z slang to criticize the Congress.
Shinde accused the Congress of being 'MIA' during protests at Jantar Mantar but protesting outside the PM's residence out of 'FOMO'.
Shinde also called the Congress 'delulu' for thinking their protests led to the resignation of former education minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
