Apple Watch May Get Sleep Score, Similar to Competitors
Apple might add a sleep score to the Apple Watch, like what Fitbit and Garmin have.
Someone found a picture in the iPhone's software that shows a score, maybe to help users understand their sleep.
This score would look at how long people sleep and how well they sleep, like how active they are.
Other smartwatches already do this to show a quick view of a person's sleep.
It's not confirmed yet, but it might be coming soon!
Apple may introduce a sleep score feature for the Apple Watch.
The feature was discovered in the latest iOS 26 beta.
A graphic in the Health app code suggests the sleep score.
The score may predict daytime focus based on sleep quality.
Rival wearables already provide sleep scores to users.
