Tata Steel trains IIMC students on digital leadership
Tata Steel gave a training session to students from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) at their Meramandali plant.
The students learned about how the plant works, how to communicate well, and how to lead in the digital world.
They also saw how the plant operates and learned about safety rules.
Tata Steel officials talked about the company's work and launched a new newsletter called 'Brand Wave' made by the students.
The students are also helping with a big running event called the Kapilash Half Marathon, which is organized by Tata Steel.
This helps the students get real-world experience in communication and branding.
Tata Steel conducted a training session for IIMC students on communication systems and digital leadership at their Meramandali plant.
The students visited the plant to gain practical insights into industrial operations, communication systems, and corporate communication.
Senior officials, including Subhransu Panda, explained the technical, CSR, and communication functions of the organization.
