Matthew Lillard Seeks Role in DCU, Hoping to Work with James Gunn
Actor Matthew Lillard, known for his role as Shaggy in the Scooby-Doo movies, wants to work with his friend James Gunn again.
Gunn, who directed the Scooby-Doo films, is now in charge of DC Studios.
Lillard mentioned at a comic convention that he'd love to be in a DC superhero movie, and even told Gunn to contact him.
Lillard is currently in the cast of Daredevil: Born Again, but he won't be playing a superhero in that role.
Gunn has previously stated that he's open to casting actors he's worked with before in the new DC projects.
